Innovative Olive Production Systems Adapted for Mechanical Harvesting: Holistic Approaches for Sustainable Management

You are kindly invited to present your work (oral or poster) or attend the International workshop/conference.
The thematic topics to be addressed range from sustainable management at primary olive production systems (for table olives and olive oil), to olive quality and chemistry and beneficial uses of by-products from olive processing. Special focus will be on high and super high density systems adapted for mechanical harvesting.
The program includes seven invited speakers-experts from Spain, Italy, Croatia and Greece and three days of scientific presentations from additional international participants (oral & posters), exhibition of mechanical harvesting, olive processing and sensory testing and visits to local olive processing plants.
Registration fee for full participants is 100 € (payable at the site- in cash or in the indicated Bank account. General audience attendance is free (not including full materials & other services provided to registered audience).
